Learned State Counsel made a statement at bar that after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner on 12.10.2024. 7. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby closed. 8.
