Today, this matter has come up under the caption “For Reporting Compliance.” 3. On an earlier occasion, vide, order dated 14/2/2025, this Court had directed the respondents to number the Execution Petition and fix a date for hearing on 27/2/2025. 4. Pursuant to the above, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a letter dated 19/12/2024 of the first respondent, wherein it is stated that Execution Petition has been numbered 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Cont.P.No.343 of 2025 as 1/2024-2025. 5. In such a view of the matter, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
