The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 03.01.2025, whereby the right of cross-examination was closed. 3. Order impugned records that the right of cross-examination was closed in the year 2014 and on an application moved, the petitioner was permitted to cross-examine. However, the same was once again closed by order dated 20.01.2015. Once again, on an application moved for right of cross-examination, permission was granted on 11.09.2017 with a cost of Rs.300/-. However, the same was not availed once again and lastly, on 05.03.2019, the evidence of plaintiff was closed. It was also recorded that the suit is pending since last 22 years. 4. Considering the manner in which the petitioner has misused the liberty and is not cooperating with the trial, no interference is called for with the said order. 5. The petition lacks of merits and is, accordingly, dismissed.
