On being asked, the petitioner's counsel submitted that an FIR has already been lodged. If it is so, then the FIR can be investigated. 3. Learned Standing Counsel says that land in question was partitioned amongst the co-tenure holders in 2010 against which recall application has been filed by the petitioner in 2025. 4. As far as the grievance of the petitioner vis-a-vis the private persons, who are not even parties before us, we cannot adjudicate the same, the petitioner may pursue other remedies prescribed under law. 5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
