Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit today in the Court, which is taken on record. The petitioner alleges removal of his structure etc. from the land in question, in respect of which, there is a dispute between the petitioner and the opposite parties. It it is so, the petitioner can initiate action against them through civil/criminal law or he may approach the higher authorities, who can get the matter resolved. We would not like to enter into such a dispute specially considering the factual nature of the civil dispute. The Writ Petition is dismissed but without prejudice to the aforesaid.
