In spite of an order from the Court, respondent Nos. 3 and 5, at the behest of respondent Nos. 6 to 10, are Nos. 6 to 10 2 and are not allowing the petitioner to enter her land for the purpose of carrying out agricultural activities. 2. Considering the same, there shall be a direction to respondent Nos. 3 and 5 not to interfere with the civil disputes without following the due process of law and not to disturb the peace of the petitioner insofar as her enjoyment of the subject land is in accordance with the directions passed by the learned Judge in O.S. No. 51 of 2022. Respondent Nos. 3 and 5 are also hereby directed not to restrain the petitioner from carrying out agricultural activities, over which the petitioner has already obtained an order of status quo from the competent Court. 3.
