Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 and 2 has been accepted by the office of the Chief Standing Counsel. Under challenge is the order dated 24.01.2025 passed by the respondent No.1, whereby the appeal preferred by the private- respondents has been entertained and notices have been issued to the respondents in the appeal and till then the parties have been directed to maintain status-quo fixing 25.02.2025. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that a suit was decided on 23.01.2025. The petitioners as well as the private-respondents applied for the certified copies, which were made available on 24.01.2025 and the private-respondents have filed the appeal which was taken on the same very day i.e. 24.01.2025 and the orders have been passed. Having considered the aforesaid submissions and the innuendo contention, this Court finds that the matter is yet to be adjudicated by the first appellate Court where the next date is fixed on 25.02.2025. The petitioners have ample opportunity to appear before the Court below and raise their grievance. If such an application or grievance is raised, needless to say, the appellate Court shall consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. However, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition, which is accordingly dismissed. With the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed.
