This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 16.12.2024 lodged by opposite party no.3 at Police Station- Manjhila, District- Hardoi at FIR No.399 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 336(3), 338, 340(2) B.N.S. as contained in Annexure-1 to this writ petition. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before any other Court as permissible under law. 4.
