The petitioner alleges violation/non-compliance of certain orders passed in proceedings under Section 116 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006. Proceedings are said to be still pending. It is further alleged that the Police Authorities are not allowing the petitioner to cultivate his land. The orders, alleged, are of status quo. The petitioner should move appropriate application before the S.D.M., Lalganj, Pratapgarh, before whom the proceedings are pending, who may get the facts verified and pass such order(s), as he deems fit and as per law.
