Purwa, Unnao to allow the interim injunction application 5Ga filed in Civil Suit No. 399/2024 Sachchida Nand Shukla Vs. Sandeep Shukla." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
