Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that on receipt of petitioner’s report through post on 08.05.2019, police registered a case in Crime No.76 of 2019 on the file of the Kodumur Police Station, Kurnool District for the offence under Sections 341, 355, 506 r/w 34 IPC against the unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 7 herein & investigating into the same. 3. The present Writ Petition is filed alleging that the police are not registering a case basing on the petitioner’s report dated 08.05.2019. 4. Admittedly, as of today, basing on the petitioner’s report, the police have registered a case in Crime No.76 of 2019 on the file of the Kodumur Police Station, Kurnool District and hence, nothing remains in the present Writ Petition, for further adjudication. 4 5.
