Learned counsel for the applicant submits that order of the writ court has not been complied with in letter and spirit, therefore, respondent may be summoned and punished accordingly. 3. It is undisputed fact that decision has already been taken by the respondent by passing an order dated 30.3.2024 and same is already annexed with the contempt application. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent also submits that order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, the contempt application has lost its efficacy. 5. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and going through the contents of the order dated 30.3.2024, this Court is of the view that order of the writ court has already been complied with as decision has already been taken by the respondent, accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. 6. However, it is open to the applicant to take appropriate remedy, if he is feeling aggrieved with the decision of respondent.
