Notice to the respondent was issued as back as on September 01, 2014 and thereafter, the matter has been put up today. The petition is pending since 2014. Over 11 years have gone by. None is present either on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest with the efflux of time to pursue the matter. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
