Notices to opposite parties 6 to 12 stand dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned for removal of alleged illegal encroachment made by opposite parties 6 to 12 over Gaon Sabha land recorded as Gata nos. 1385 and 1386 in village in question. 3. With regard to relief so claimed, petitioner has an alternative and equally efficacious remedy of preferring an Application under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view thereof, liberty is granted to petitioner to approach the appropriate authority in terms of the said provision, which shall be considered and decided expeditiously after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned. 5.
