Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to transfer the Arms License bearing No. NP Bore No. 0126 (UIN No.330080001897032014), L.No/689/वविककास नगर/Lko in favour of the petitioner, as contained Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition. (ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the Arms License transfer application no. 331/2024 dated 07.08.2024." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the opposite party no.2 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 07.08.2024 expeditiously within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
