Issue an order or direction commanding the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/F.T.C Faizabad to decide the restoration application dated 29.08.2014 pending in original case no. 845/2002 having S.P.Case No. 14/2008 (Bharat Kumar Vs Smt. Geeta Devi & Others) expeditiously which is pending since 2014, within stipulated time period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid restoration application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
