Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vehicle of the petitioner was released by the CJM by the order dated 02.07.2024. Thereafter the vehicle is not being released by the police since there are road tax dues against the vehicle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that assessment of the road tax is required to be prepared by ARTO Raudhauli, District Basti / respondent no.3 but now the time period for the same has expired. 3. This petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the ARTO Raudhauli, District Basti / respondent no.3 within two weeks praying for assessment of road tax of his vehicle. ARTO Raudhauli, District Basti / respondent no.3 will consider and decide the application of the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of the application. 4.
