The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 01.01.2025 being Case Crime No.2 of 2025 under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster & Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Arniya, Distt. Bulandshahar and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner states that cause for filing the writ petition no more survives as the petitioner has already been arrested. In this backdrop, he states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition. 4. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
