The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 22.02.1992 (Annexure No. 4) as well as the order dated 06.12.1986 whereby the application for giving back the possession was rejected and the appeal preferred was also dismissed by remanding the matter. 3. It is informed by the counsel for the petitioner that Second Appeal No. 675 of 1986 is still pending. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to press his rights after the decision of Second Appeal No. 675 of 1986.
