Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to decide the Case (Santram versus State and another) under Section 24 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, after registering the same in accordance with U.P. Revenue Code/Rules and decide the same as early as possible, pending before him since, 14.03.2024." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that case under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code is pending consideration before the respondent no.2. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that case of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the Case (Santram versus State and another) under Section 24 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 pending before respondent No.2- Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Haraiya, Basti, be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
