Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (S.D.) Kadipur, District Sultanpur to decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 and application under Section 151 CPC pending with Original Case No. 14/2023 (Akhilesh Vs. Irshad and another) which is pending since 2023 as expeditious as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of production of copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the party. 4.
