The claim of the petitioner under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna has been rejected on the ground that postmortem report and panchanam are not annexed with the claim. 3. The only contention raised before us is that the petitioner's son met with a road accident and the police took the injured and admitted him in the hospital who thereafter was admitted to another private hospital and ultimately died due to the injuries received in the road accident. However, counsel for the petitioner could not show us any such document pertaining to treatment in the hospital. We are, therefore, of the opinion that no case for interference is made out. 4.
