The petitioner in this petition has called in question the suspension order issued by Chief Education Officer vide order dated 04.03.2016. The petitioners also prays for a direction to the respondents to permit him to perform his duties as Class-IV employee in the ZEO Office, Balakote. 02. Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG appearing for the respondents, submits that during the pendency of this petition, the concerned CEO has reinstated the petitioner in service and permitted him to perform the duties of a Class-IV employee. This has been done by the respondents in terms of Government Order No. 217 Edu of 2019 dated 08.07.2019. 03. In view of the aforesaid information supplied by learned AAG, on instructions from the respondents, this petition is rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such. 04.
