The first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed on 03.12.2024 passed in MCRC No.6702 of 2024 on merits. 2. Leaned counsel for the applicant would submit that the three prosecution witnesses including the victim and her father have been examined before the learned trial Court and there are material discrepancies in their evidences. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, considering that the first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed on merits vide order dated 03.12.2024 and during the trial, three witnesses have been examined, I do not found any change in circumstance to admit this second bail application. Therefore, this second bail application is dismissed. 5. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 26.05.2024, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
