PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER:- The Criminal Petition, u/See.482 of B.N.S.S is filed on behalf of the petitioner/A3 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with crime No.373/2024 of Kanchikacherla Police Station, NTR Commissionerate. 2. A case has been reg'lStered against the Petitioner herein and others for the offence punishable u/sees.329(4), 109(1), 351(2) r/w 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short lB.N.Sl). 2 LJ| 3. The case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, the land of the defacto complaI-nant is situated beside the land of A1. On 23.12.2024 while watering to their lands from sagar canal, a quarrel took place between the defacto complainant and Al and l'n view of the same, Al to A8 criminally trespassed into the house of the defact6 complainant, Al beat hI|m Stout Stick On his head and caused injury on left side of the head and at that time, the wife of the defacto complainant by name R.Jyosna tried to rescue her husband. At that time, A3 beat her with a stout stick on her head and left eye. A4 and A5 beat Janga NarasI'mha Rao on his left eye, A2 and A6 to A8 also attacked them with sticks and caused injuries to them with an intention to kill them and threatened them with dire consequences and also committed crl'minal intimidation. 4. Heard. Perusedtherecord. 5. The learned counsel for the petI'tiOner/A3 submits that this court was pleased to grant bail to A4 to A8 as per the orders in CrI.P.No.551 of 2025, dated 19.02.2025. The learned counsel further submits that the case of the present petitioner I'S On the same footing. This Court consI'dered the anticipatory bail applications of A4 to A8 on the grounds that, although the 3 rJ l'ncident took place on 23.12.2024 at ll :30 a.m., the report was lodged on 25.12.2024. According to the prosecution's case, A3 to A8 caused simple inJ-url'eS tO the injured persons. After reviewing the material placed on record, this court has consl-dered the submissions made by the present petitioner to be on the same footing as those of A4 to A8, who were granted anticipatory bail. 6. ln view of the said reasons, this court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A3. 7. Accordingly, the petitioner/A3 is directed to surrender before the Stall-On House Officer concerned within two (2) weeks from today and on such surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition that the petitioner shall make himself available for investigation as and when required and that they shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the Prosecution Witnesses.
