THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.7535 of 2025 O R DE R: This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd Respondent in not paying the monthly honorarium as per G.O.Rt.No.798 Law (L1) Department dated 02.05.2007 to the Petitioner. 2. Learned standing counsel for the respondent No.3- Municipality passed on signed instructions of the Municipal Commissioner, Atmakur Municipality vide Roc.No.147/2012/Manager/C1, dated 26.03.2025 and as per the instructions, there is no dispute regarding the engagement of the Petitioner as standing counsel for the periods from 01.10.2012 to 30.09.2015 and 01.12.2018 to 31.01.2021 and the only reason that was given for non-payment was on account of lack of municipal general funds. 3. Since there is no dispute to the entitlement of the Petitioner, the writ petition can be disposed of directing the Respondents to disburse the amount to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
