Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the manner of allotment is tainted with fraud. 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the allotment has already been taken place in favour of the opposite party no. 7. A copy of the said allotment order has been handed over across the Bar to the counsel for the petitioner. 4. Considering the fact that against the said allotment order, an appeal is prescribed, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an appeal against the said allotment order raising all pleas as raised in the present writ petition. In case any such appeal is filed, the same shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
