Learned counsel for the petitioner is reported to be out of station. Shri Ram Kewal Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent has opposed the aforesaid request and submits that on earlier occasion as well the matter was adjourned at the behest of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, list this matter on 01.05.2025. In case if the counsel for the petitioner has any difficulty, he shall make alternate arrangement or the Court shall not adjourn the matter." 3. Despite the said order, neither the counsel for the applicant has appeared nor any outstation/ illness/ engagement slip has been sent. 4. Shri Ram Kewal Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent is present. 5. In view thereof, the transfer application is dismissed for want of prosecution. 6. Interim order granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
