Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Vijayenda Prakash Tripathi, learned counsel for respondent No.5. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging the appellate order dated 16.12.2024, whereby the appeal preferred by respondent No.5 was allowed. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the shop in question was taken by respondent No.5 by concealment of material facts inasmuch as the husband of the petitioner was not a resident of the village, in which the shop in question was allotted. The appellate authority relied upon the certificate issued by the State Government on 15.04.2024 and the Voter-ID issued by the Election Commission of India, wherein respondent No.5 is shown to be the resident of the same village and her husband name has also been clarified. 4. The said documents are not under challenge. In view thereof, no inference is called for at this stage. 5. Writ petition lacks merits and is, accordingly, dismissed.
