This is an application filed by the applicant/appellant seeking dispensation of the requirement of annexing the certified copy of order dated 30.09.2025. 2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the requirement of annexing the certified copy of order dated 30.09.2025 is dispensed with. 3. The application is disposed of. CM No. 6461/2025 4. This is an application seeking clarification of order dated 30.09.2025 whereby inter-alia a direction was issued to Registrar Judicial of this Court to transfer the amount of Rs. 10 lakhs which is stated to be lying deposited with Serial Nos. 127 & 128 2 CFA No. 63/2014 the Registry of this Court in favour of respondent-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, Katra. 5. In the application, it has been submitted that interest has accrued on the aforesaid amount of Rs. 10 lakhs after its deposition by the appellant/applicant before the Registrar Judicial of this Court but no direction has been passed by this Court with regard to the interest part. 6. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, a clarification is issued with regard to order dated 30.09.2025 passed by this Court and it is directed that Registrar Judicial shall also transfer the interest amount that may have accrued on Rs. 10 lakhs deposited by the applicant/appellant, to the account of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, Katra and the Board shall give credit of the said amount to the appellant/applicant. 7.
