2 945.WP.3808.25.odt PER COURT: Petitioners are seeking benefit of policy pronounced by the Government Resolution dated 06.08.2002 for having one additional increment for putting in service in difficult/tribal/naxalite area.
2. Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waive service for respondents No.1 to 6. The parties are ad idem that the order passed in writ petition No.12217/2023 on 18.10.2023 with the little variation would cover the petitioners’ claim.
3. We allow the writ petition by directing respondent No.6 – Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Ahilyanagar to scrutinize the record of the petitioners in the light of the parameters laid down in the aforementioned Government Resolution and on verification, if they are found entitled and eligible, shall take appropriate steps of passing orders and extending the benefit to the petitioners. The exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and in any case within twelve weeks.
