Learned counsel for the respondent submits that order of the writ court has been complied with as decision has already been taken on 9.4.2025 in the case of the applicant, photo copy of the order is also provided to the counsel for the applicant and same is also taken on record, therefore, the contempt application has lost its efficacy. 3. Considering the contents of the order dated 9.4.2025, this Court is of the view that order of the writ court has already been complied with as decision has already been taken by the respondent in the case of the applicant, accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. 4. However, it is open to the applicant to take appropriate remedy, if he is feeling aggrieved with the decision of respondent.
