The petitioner through the medium of present petition is seeking a direction upon the respondents to release CC 6th payment of ₹ 3,24,824/- with a further direction that 10% deposit of ₹ 1,29,500/- be released in his favour. 02. In the objections filed by the respondents, it has been submitted that the claim of the petitioner amounting to ₹ 3,24,824/- shall be settled as and when the approval is accorded and funds are received whereas with regards to the balance amount of ₹ 1,29,500/-, it has been submitted that the same has already been released in favour of the petitioner. 03. In view of above, it is clear that the respondents have admitted their liability to the extent of ₹ 3,24,824/- which according to them would be cleared as and when the funds are received and approval is accorded. In fact the respondents in their reply have submitted that the process for seeking administrative approval has already been initiated which is pending. 04. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by issuing a mandamus upon the respondents to release the amount of ₹ 3,24,824/- in favour of the 2 petitioner, most expeditiously, within a period of three months from today failing which it shall carry interest @ 6% per annum from the date of this order. 05.
