UPLK050019542023), M/s Creators Hub Business Centre Pvt. Ltd. Thr. Swadesh Kumar Vs. Ajay Kumar Gupta and Others, which is pending before The Learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Lucknow, Dist-Lucknow, expeditiously as early as possible, in the interest of justice." 3.
