In the case at hand, decision has been taken under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 on 27.02.2025. Case has been called out twice. The petitioner's counsel is not present. Shri Manish Mishra, Additional C.S.C. is present for the State so is the A.D.M. (Judicial), Lucknow, Mr. Hanuman Prasad. It is informed that out of 210 applications under Section 14 of the Act, 2002 which were pending on 22.02.2025, 112 have been decided and 98 are pending consideration. Out of these 112, possession has not been handed over in any of the cases, but the matter is being pursued by the A.D.M. concerned. As regards the case at hand, the A.D.M. says that he is making effort to hand over physical possession to the petitioner, but the officials of the petitioner are not appearing. This is apart from the fact that some other person is in possession who claims that based on a forged sale deed, the property was got mortgaged with the petitioner. We do not wish to comment on this. Let the proceeding be concluded at the earliest and as per law. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
