The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 3 to renew the registration of the vehicle without payment of any penalty from the month of January 2019 till the date of renewal. 10.2 The respondents may kindly be directed to pay the compensation of rupees one lakh for the loss the petitioner being a lady and senior citizen had sustained due to being unable to use the vehicle and the mental torture she had sustained in the situation and circumstances.
