Shrawasti to decide the interim relief application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 and Section 151 CPC filed on 18.09.2019 in Partition Suit No. 686/2019 Ashok Kumar Gupta Vs. Makkhan Lal Gupta and others, expeditiously as decided by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
