Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (SD.) Shravasti to decide the application for interim relief Under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 read with Section 151 CPC in Case No. 37/2025 Vishwanath Vs Sunil Soni and also direct the O.P. Nos. 1 and 2 to not to raise any construction on the land in dispute during the pendency of the suit." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
