The petitioner claims to have been appointed as temporary Lambardar of Village Phambra Nar vide order dated 13.02.2023 and in the response filed by the official respondents it is stated that the name of the petitioner has been wrongly proposed for the phambranar hamlet, which was later rectified by the Deputy Commissioner, Poonch vide order dated 11.03.2023 and the post of Lambardar of aforesaid village has been withdrawn ab-initio. 2. In view of the above, the present petition cannot continue. 3. Be that as it may, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition, as such, this petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
