Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Prashant Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent-Bank. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging the recovery certificate dated 21.10.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank, based upon the instructions, states that the petitioner can approach the Bank for settlement of the account in terms of Vasuli Sankalp Scheme, which is to continue till 31st March, 2025. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent No.6 by filing an appropriate application. Respondent No.6 shall pass orders within a week on the application being filed indicating the amount to be paid by the petitioner in terms of the scheme. 5. Till 31st March, 2025, the impugned recovery certificate shall remain stayed.
