Ms. Radha Arya, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to expedite the disposal of Suit No. 3 of 2023, Surendra Singh vs. Smt. Parul and others, pending before the Prescribed Authority/District Magistrate, Haridwar. 3. From perusal of the record, it is reflected that the petition before the learned Prescribed Authority was filed by the petitioner, Surendra Singh, on 26.03.2025, and almost seven months have elapsed. Even so, the respondents have not appeared in the proceedings. Therefore, at this stage, no case for issuing a direction to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case arises. 4. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to avail of a remedy in the future, if any cause of action arises. 5.
