The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue, an order or direction, for commanding the Learned Court below the Civil Judge(J.D.) Court No. 13, Barabanki to expeditiously decide the Civil Suit preferred for cancellation of sale deed as well as for Permanent Injunction, bearing civil suit no. 565/2021 (Prem Narain Verma V/s Smart Valley Builders And Ors.) which is pending before the learned civil Judge since 07.04.2021, expeditiously in accordance with law within a prescribed time limit." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2021, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned, which shall be considered as per the administrative guidelines of this court.
