The petitioner has challenged a notice dated 30.01.2025 issued by the Tehsildar, Mahmoodabad, District Sitapur asking him to remove illegal encroachment on land bearing Gata No.10. Learned Standing Counsel, however, says that there is already an order under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 dated 09.01.2024 for removal of encroachment in respect of the same Gata. He has also supplied instructions received to him by the Tehsildar, Mahmoodabad, District Sitapur, which is taken on record. We fail to understand, if it is so, why it has not been mentioned in the notice, nevertheless, a copy of the said order has been provided to the counsel for the petitioner. As the same is not under challenge before us nor any appeal has been filed against it, therefore, we can not entertain this Writ Petition.
