According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the de facto complainant in this case and based on his complaint, a case in Crime No. 53 of 2024 has been registered for the offences under Sections 448, 323, 427 and 506(1) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, but thereafter, the respondent has not conducted a proper investigation and so far, not filed any final report. Therefore, the present petition is filed. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.
