JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Order 23/07/2025 This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Angan Bari Karyakarta at Angan Bari Khurd, Meeno Ki Dhani, Kotputli pursuant to her selection for appointment by the concerned Gram Sabha. Learned counsels for the respondents have raised a preliminary objection. They submit that since, the petitioner did [2025:RJ-JP:27536] (2 of 2) [CW-16737/2013] not fulfill the eligibility criteria qua the age, i.e., she had not attained the minimum age of 21 years on the relevant date for appointment as Angan Bari Karyakarta, she could not be given appointment. This proposition is not disputed and denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration of this Court in the instant writ petition which is dismissed accordingly.
