Manjulata Jaiswal Working As Rural Medical Assistant At Primary Health Center Luthra Sarif, Masturi, District : Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh ... Respondents (Cause-title taken from Case Information System) For Petitioner : None For Respondents/State : Mr. Devesh G. Kela, P.L. Hon’ble Shri Amitendra Kishore Prasad, Judge Order on Board 26.08.2025 1 The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following relief(s):- YOGESH TIWARI Digitally signed by YOGESH TIWARI Date: 2025.08.26 18:27:36 +0530 2 “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 13.02.2023, Annexure P-1 order dated 30.09.2022 Annexure P-2 passed by the respondent No.-1.” 2 Since no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to contest the matter, and from perusal of the record it is manifest that the petitioner was earlier granted liberty by this Court in WPS No.6957/2022 to submit a representation before the Committee, which was to be decided within a stipulated period. It further appears that pursuant to such liberty, the petitioner did submit her representation, which stands rejected by the Committee, culminating in the subsequent order dated 13.02.2023. 3 That being so, the grievance of the petitioner against the earlier transfer order dated 30.09.2022 already stood considered and decided by the competent authority pursuant to directions of this Court. It is also noteworthy that as on date, there is no interim order operating in favour of the petitioner. 4 Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as having rendered infructuous. The State/respondents shall, however, remain at liberty to pass appropriate orders in respect of the petitioner’s transfer, if administrative exigency so demands, in accordance with law and the applicable policy. No order as to costs. Sd/- (Amitendra Kishore Prasad) Judge Yogesh
