Learned Additional Advocate General submits that compliance affidavit has been filed. A copy thereof was made available for perusal. In terms of the compliance affidavit, the case of the petitioner has been considered and decided under order dated 21.02.2026. Copy of the order dated 21.02.2026 has also been appended alongwith the compliance affidavit.
Taking note of the compliance affidavit and the document appended therewith, the present contempt proceedings are closed with direction to the respondent to

release due and admissible benefits, if any, under the aforesaid consideration order to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today. Notice issued to the respondent is discharged.
