By order dated 01.02.2023, writ petition filed by petitioner was allowed and it was declared that reservation on the petitioners’ property bearing Survey No. 90/1 admeasuring 5 Acres at Gangakhed, stands lapsed. Respondents were directed to take immediate steps for issuance of notification under sub-section (2) of Section 127 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act (M.R.T.P. Act). 2. The Government has issued notification dated 29.08.2024 under Section 127 (2) of M.R.T.P. Act, 1966 and thereby complied with the orders. (2) 935 CP-300.2024.odt 3. Learned advocate for petitioners makes a grievance that in the said notification, in the footnotes, a condition is put that before certifying part of plan in pursuance of the said order, the concerned land owners shall be required to submit updated and certified demarcation map of their land from Land Records Department under the notice. He submits that he has already submitted the said map alongwith concerned record on 05.02.2024 and 01.03.2024. If that is so, appropriate orders in that behalf be passed by the respondents. 4.
