Heard Mr. Sabyasachi Bhaduri, learned counsel for petitioner. Also heard Mr. Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Panel Lawyer for the State/Respondent No. 1. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following 2 relief(s):- “1. That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the FIR bearing No. 86/2024 Registered in PS Geedam, District Dantewada (C.G.) on 07.08.2024 under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash / set-aside the impugned FIR bearing No. 86/2024 Registered in PS Geedam, District Dantewada (C.G.) on 07.08.2024 under Section 406 and 420 of IPC, 1860. 3. That this Hon’ble Court may kindly pass any other order in favour of petitioner as it may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case with cost. 3. Vide order dated 07.03.2025 this Court had directed the Director General of Police, to inform this Court as to why the investigation of the present case has not been completed though the FIR was registered against the petitioner on 07.08.2024. 4. In compliance of the order dated 07.03.2025, a report has been submitted by Inspector General of Police on 21.03.2025 which is taken on record whereby it has been informed that after completion the investigation, the concerned Police OfÏcial has prepared a closure report and the same will be filed within a week before the concerned trial Court. 5. In view of the above, the concerned Investigating OfÏcer is directed to submit the closure report, if already not filed within two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.
