Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1, Additional District Judge, Court No. 8/Small Cause Court Lucknow to decide the proceedings pending before it, in SCC Suit No. 45 of 2017 titled as Nishith Rastogi Vs. Yogendra Narain & others, filed by the petitioner, promptly within such time frame as may be deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending proceedings with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
